Very professional staff, breakfasts were good.
The room itself was brand-new and the hotel was exceptionally clean. Breakfast with beautiful view. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Location: the property was near the best restaurants in Medellin and Lettera and a quiet neighbourhood.

Beautifully maintained and absolutely stunning hotel located in a good area very close to the restaurants/bars of Poblado as well as far enough that is quiet. Good modern units and very professional staff with excellent service. Nice view from the window to street.

Big room with a great view of the jungle. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were limited and the room service stopped earlier than expected. Good overall stay, though.

The modern decor creates a soothing atmosphere, complemented by spacious rooms that feel clean and inviting. Enjoying the view from the balcony while sitting there is a nice touch, even if the chairs could use an upgrade for comfort.
Minor annoyances include thin windows and walls that let in street noise, though it's a relatively quiet area overall, so it might not bother everyone. There were only basic chairs on the balcony, and the AC unit blasted hot air onto it even when turned off, which could be uncomfortable during warm evenings. Lastly, the lack of basic items like tissues and glasses in the bathroom might not be significant, but they would add to the overall comfort.

Excellent Service and Comfort
The staff were helpful, going above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, yet it's just a short walk from the vibrant nightlife and restaurants of Medellin. While the breakfast options could use a bit more variety, the overall experience was fantastic and I would recommend it to others!

Family with children paradise, just be prepared to splurge
This place has a beautiful hotel, tons of trees, and running water from a stream. The staff? Unmatched! Jorge, Juan, and Ludwing were very nice, offering help at every turn, it seemed like I was staying with family.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but it was still acceptable.

The Double Room with Balcony was cozy, and I loved enjoying my morning coffee outdoors while soaking in the view. The sun terrace and garden area provided a great spot to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, there was some dust under the bed, but it didn't take away from my overall experience ☕

It was just a well-suited match for a city escape in Medellin with best value for money ratio. The beds were comfy, making it easy to sleep after a long day exploring. Plan your breakfast time to avoid missing it because it ends early.
